LEEDS grab the win at the Riverside right at the death. Viduka comes up with the goods once again.

We went to the Riverside with a fair bit of confidence after the Southampton game. The opening 15 minutes were promising as Leeds got a good few chances. We were working very hard and Pennant was looking dangerous again. Then after 16 minutes Leeds struck first, a brilliant piece of individual skill ny Pennant saw him beat two men and deliver a superb pass for Sakho to score his first Leeds goal.

We were up and rolling. At half-time Leeds looked comfortable with their 1-0 lead. But on 60 and 62 Middlesbrough took a quick fire 2-1 lead. The Leeds fans and payers didn't know wahat had hit them. But they kept battling and the fans remained behind the team. Leeds took a gamnle and went 3-4-3 after bringing on younster Aaron Lennon. The gamble was rewarded when a good corner supplied Camara with a header which he took well and Leeds were back in the game at 2-2. You could sense and draw coming on which wouldn't have been to bad a result away at the Riverside but still felt a little disappointing after going 1-0 up.Leeds definately looked like they were playing for one. But on 89 a hopeful long ball beat Boro defender Sean Davies and Viduka needed no second chance to lob Schwarzer from 12 yards and grab the winner and all three points. This was voted goal of the week by the BBC.

The lads celebrate Marco's late winner.

Leeds once again battled well and this time came up with the goods. Leeds once again had few shots on goal, four providing three goals, but worked together so well. The whole team played so well but special mention has to go to Sakho, Pennnant and the youngster Lennon. With Olembe, Chapuis and Roque Junior all coming to bolster the team the Mighty Whites are looking Mighty again! Bring on Leicester.
